Meet Coach K
I am Katrina James-Pellam, also known as Coach K, President of InspireHer Events LLC and author of Becoming Her in Prayer: A Journal for the Woman Called, Crushed, Crowned, and Consecrated.
With over 20 years of experience in business development, coaching, mentoring, and career counseling, I help women grow spiritually, personally, and professionally, not just through inspiration, but through strategy and intentional action.
As a champion for women’s empowerment, I have curated and hosted impactful experiences that uplift and connect women from all walks of life. Through InspireHer, we create spaces for transformation in community. Through my coaching, I work one-on-one with women ready to gain clarity, reposition themselves, and confidently step into their next level.
My work is rooted in a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and purpose. I don’t just create experiences that feel good in the moment, I help women move forward with direction and alignment.
Faith is the foundation of everything I do. I lead with integrity, empathy, and a deep commitment to purpose. Whether I’m coaching, creating, or mentoring, my goal remains the same, to help women rediscover their worth, reclaim their voice, and walk boldly in who they are called to be.
